About Anthem Arizona

Anthem is a beautiful, master-planned residential development situated on a large, picturesque parcel of land nestled next to the town of New River, Arizona. The community is still relatively young, having been completed in 1998, and is home to about 40,000 residents. Anthem is considered a suburb of Phoenix, the bustling metropolis and state Capital that is located 34 miles to the south. Although Anthem is currently an unincorporated community, the City of Phoenix has formal plans in place to annex the area by 2020, which at that time will make Anthem part of the City of Phoenix.
